Damaged Goods

If your generator arrives damaged:

  1. Note all visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and equipment
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]
  4. Do not attempt to use or install a damaged generator
  5. We will initiate a freight claim and arrange a replacement or refund

Warranty Service

For warranty issues after installation, contact the manufacturer's service network directly. As an authorized dealer, your purchase is registered with the manufacturer and eligible for their full service programme.
