By accessing and using GeneratorProDirect.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This website is operated by CJP Ventures Limited, a company registered in Ireland. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment is due at the time of order unless net-30 trade terms have been approved. All payments are processed securely through our payment processing partners.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Generators that have been installed, fuelled or connected to an electrical system cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. GeneratorProDirect is an authorized dealer and all warranties are fully honoured through the manufacturer's service network. We do not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

GeneratorProDirect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
